About Isa
My Journey:
Throughout my career, I've transitioned from web and graphic design into the dynamic world of user experience (UX) design. This journey has been filled with valuable insights, each step shaping my expertise in human-centered design.
As a passionate UX Designer, I focus on creating products through a thoughtful, research-driven design process rooted in human-computer interaction (HCI) principles. My approach combines various user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to inform strategic design decisions.
I excel at developing detailed user personas and conducting extensive usability testing to continuously refine designs. My aim is to craft seamless service designs and journey maps that deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. While proficient in wireframing and information architecture, my defining strength is ensuring that every design decision is anchored in solid research.
In collaborative settings, I strive to communicate design concepts clearly and work to align them with overarching business objectives. I stay updated on the latest advancements in HCD, and AI, incorporating these innovations to create meaningful, user-centered products, and better overall processes. My core values are being of service to people and committing to solving challenges.

A mentor suggested this one. It really helped me structure my approach to testing ideas. Thank you Chris.
Different types of research methods. More of a resource book for examples of different testing methods and approaches, but there are many gems within.
I suggest the audiobook. It provided me more moments of reflection and it’s good listing material.
